Engel & Völkers Atlanta has picked up another brokerage, expanding its footprint to the north of the city with the acquisition of AtHome & Co. Real Estate.

Led by associate brokers Noelle Larson and Susi O’Connor, the seven-member firm mainly operates in Cobb, Cherokee, Dawson, Forsyth and north Fulton counties.

Larson and O’Connor have been recognized for sales several times in the last few years, including with 2017 Ruby Status and No. 1 Top Advisor for Sides Closed, Atlanta Home Magazine’s Top Producer award and the Circle of Excellence award from the 400 North Board. Together, they have sold more than 500 homes over the last decade.

The bolt-on follows other recent expansionary moves by Engel & Völkers. The firm acquired Davis & Hawbaker Real Estate in February and opened Engel & Völkers North Georgia Mountains in Blue Ridge last year.

“AtHome & Co. is thrilled to announce our collaboration with a company that shares our values and culture,” O’Connor said in a press release. “Teaming up with Engel & Völkers Atlanta will enable us to enhance our capabilities, ensuring both our clients and agents receive the highest quality service in the real estate industry. We are proud to be AtHome with Engel & Völkers.”
