Artisan Built Communities has opened sales at the first phase of homes in The Manor at Gainesville Township, a new master-planned community in Hall County. Prices start in the $500,000s.

The Manor is the first “village” of the community and offers the development’s largest homes, which will range from 2,767 to 3,431 square feet and offer three to five bedrooms and up to four bathrooms. Of the 13 homes in this phase, six home sites and one home that is already under construction are currently available for purchase.

Community amenities will include an amenity center with a resort-style swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, dog park and clubhouse with kitchens, gathering spaces, hobby areas and a gym.

The community is located within Gainesville city limits, and over 650 acres of the 1,122-acre development is preserved as greenspace with passive parks and walking trails.

“We are delighted to welcome the first homeowners to The Manor at Gainesville Township,” Artisan Built President Stephen Haines said in a release. “This master-planned community offers a unique sense of place and caters to a vibrant lifestyle for residents of all ages.”
