Traton Homes has started selling townhouses at its new Cherokee Township community near Acworth on an appointment basis.

The development will have 64 townhomes with the builder’s Brooks or Bryson, two-story plans. Priced from the high $300,000s, the homes come in three- and four-bedroom layouts with two-and-a-half baths and two-car garages.

The main floors have nine-foot ceilings, open floorplans and patios. The second floors have owner’s suites with spa bathrooms and walk-in closets, lofts and secondary bedrooms.

Landscaping and common-area maintenance are provided by the community’s homeowner’s association. The development is located in between downtown Acworth and Woodstock and is close to Lake Acworth, Lake Allatoona and Red Top Mountain State Park.

“We’re excited to open sales at another affordable townhome community in metro Atlanta,” said Kimberly Garwood, Traton’s director of marketing. “These stylish townhomes feature two of our most popular floor plans, including the award-winning Brooks townhome plan with its open-concept living and flexible second story loft.”
