Traton Homes is set to open sales at Old Mill Preserve, a new community of 130 single-family detached homes in Dallas. A VIP list is available for interested buyers.

The neighborhood, which is set on a 50-acre site that was once a family farm, is on Old Mill Road in unincorporated Paulding County. Community amenities include a pool, clubhouse, cabana with restrooms, sidewalk-lined streets and a lake. It is served by McGarity Elementary School, P.B. Ritch Middle School and East Paulding High School.

The homes will be built from Traton’s Jewel Box Collection and come with gourmet kitchens with large islands, owner’s suites, lofts and up to five bedrooms.

“We are excited to offer buyers a truly exceptional place to call home at Old Mill Preserve,” Traton Marketing Director Kimberly Garwood said in a press release. “Sited on a former 50-acre farm, we’re excited to honor the property’s history with homes that will blend the charm of the past with modern style.”
