Fischer Homes has opened the VIP list for Pickens Bluff, its new 39-homesite community in Dallas. Sales are expected to start this fall.
Homes will be built from Fischer’s Designer Collection, and floor plans include five-level, two-story and ranch-style layouts, with master-on-main options available. Sizes range from 2,000 to 3,700 square feet.
Fischer purchased the 40.9-acre site, which is located off Poplar Springs Road in Paulding County, for $5.2 million. Poplar Springs Partners LLC is developing the community in a single phase.
“Pickens Bluff is Fischer Homes’ fourth community in Paulding County this year,” Atlanta Division manager Josh Brockman said in a press release. “This speaks to the popularity of the area and the strong push toward outlying counties that homebuyers are making as they seek attainable options.”
Pickens Bluff is served by the Paulding County School District, including McGarity Elementary, P.B. Ritch Middle and East Paulding High schools.
