Traton Homes has opened the model home at its new Woodstock community of 53 single-family homes, Winsome Park. 

Homes are priced from the high $400,000s. All of them have open main levels with nine-foot ceilings, large kitchen islands, stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and fireplaces. 

Homes are available in five floor plans from Traton’s Canvas Collection: Brooks, Carson, Cogburn, Fairview and Florance. All homes come with three to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and two-car garages across two stories with optional third floors. Buyers can also upgrade to a covered, enclosed or extended patio space or an adjacent keeping room. 

The Cherokee County community is located on Neese Road near the intersection with Alabama Road. It is zoned to the River Ridge High School district.
