Chicago-based real estate company Waterton acquired 903 Peachtree, a 32-story apartment tower in Midtown, for an undisclosed amount.
Fulton County assessed the property, which opened in 2022, at $189.1 million for the 2024 tax year. CA RESIDENTIAL 903 PEACHTREE PROPERTY OW is the previous owner.
The acquisition of the 427-unit building brings Waterton’s Atlanta holdings to 3,026 apartments under management.
Outdoor amenities include a rooftop pool and lounge area, grilling stations, private cabanas and fire pits. Inside, there is a sauna and massage room, yoga studio, demonstration kitchen, recreation lounge and game room, co-working lounge and pet spa. The property, which is located at the southeast corner of Peachtree Street NE and 8th Street NE, also includes three street-level retail spaces totaling 7,843 square feet.
“The acquisition of 903 Peachtree is a great opportunity to leverage Waterton’s in-house operations platform to complete the lease-up of a new, well amenitized high-rise,” said Julie Heigel, Waterton’s senior vice president of acquisitions. “The location in Midtown, the heart of Atlanta’s economic engine, presents an attractive opportunity.”
