The Providence Group has started developing a new townhome community in Alpharetta, IveyBrooke. It’s located at 10742 Davis Drive, within walking distance of Top Golf Alpharetta. 

The project will have 85 townhomes built in the Barnsley I and Benton I floor plans from the builder’s Terrace Collection. The floor plans also appear in the Ecco Park neighborhood, near the North Point Mall redevelopment. Homes will range from 1,694 square feet to 2,395 square feet.
