David Weekley Homes will begin selling homes this spring at Celesta, an 80-homesite, inside-the-Perimeter community in Scottdale.
Celesta will feature three-story homes built on zero-lot-line sites. Pricing will be in the $500,000s.
Community amenities will include walking trails, pocket parks and a dog park. Lawn care is covered by HOA fees. Celesta, which is just northeast of Decatur at 731 Valley Brook Road, is zoned to Dekalb County Schools, including Druid Hills High School.
“It’s been several years since we’ve opened a community inside the Perimeter, and we have high expectations that this community will be well-received,” Atlanta Division President Adam Cornett said in a press release. “Stylish homes will line stunning streetscapes — proving the perfect fit for that signature Decatur aesthetic. We’re eager to introduce Dekalb County homebuyers to Celesta.”
