Colliers recently hired Chad DeFoor to its multifamily investment sales team, adding an industry veteran with 20 years of experience in multifamily brokerage and asset-management. 

DeFoor, who most recently served as a managing director of multifamily investment sales at Capstone Apartment Partners, specializes in workforce-housing complexes for private and regional investors.  

During his career, he has sold over 37,000 apartment units valued at more than $2.6 billion.  

He is a member of the Atlanta chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and the Georgia chapter of The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and has obtained both the CCIM and certified property manager designations.
