Toll Brothers will open Bridlefield, a new single-family home community in Cumming for sales this spring. 

The homes will be available in three collections and sit on half-acre or larger home sites. The Manor and Highlands collections will open first and offer two-story designs with open-floor plans, gourmet kitchens with oversized islands and high-end finishes, Toll said. Homes will range up to 4,675 square feet, with pricing starting in the mid-$800,000s. 

The community, which will be located at Campground Road and Bates Road, will offer several amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and walking trails.
