I am really curious about the reach of this survey, its participation, and the information given to participants. For example, a one-line heading about the 3-way agreement doesn’t do well to give any information about why it’s in place. Also, the things listed as benefits associations should be providing are benefits that most associations provide. This statistic seems telling, when followed by 81% of respondents not being involved in their association. Lastly, association membership is not required with the MLS systems I know about in the Metro Atlanta area.
