The developers behind the two-tower apartment project underway on Juniper Street in Midtown have provided more details about the development, which broke ground in 2022 and topped out in July.
The taller of the two towers will be called The Juniper and offer 320 apartments over 37 stories, while the other tower will be called The Reserve at Juniper and bring a “boutique collection” of 167 apartment homes over 34 stories. Previous updates from the developers — Middle Street Partners and AECOM-Canyon Partners — put the buildings at 36 and 33 stories, respectively.
The Juniper’s backers promise a “vibrant community with enriched private-club service offerings, with every detail thoughtfully curated.” The entire top floor will be dedicated to amenities, including co-working suites, a fitness center and a hot yoga studio.
The Reserve at Juniper, meanwhile, will offer “the ultimate luxury living,” with expansive floor plans, luxury finishes and a variety wellness-focused amenities, including infrared and salt saunas, a cold plunge, private rooftop pool and five-star services.
Brock Hudgins served as the project’s architect, while Naples, Florida-based CID Design Group handled interior and brand design services.
“We created a well-centric experience in the city, a true urban sanctuary, with an unparalleled top-floor fitness-wellness experience comprising a self-led spa, hot yoga studio, rooftop terraces and pools with stunning views in all directions,” CID Co-Founding Partner Jenn Zella said in a press release. “Most developers reserve the top floor for premium units, but in this case, all residents have access to this elevated view and elevated experience.”
Leasing at the development, which is located at 1081 Juniper St. between 11th and 12th streets, is set to begin this spring.
