Traton Homes has opened sales at Oak Valley Estates, its new 23-homesite single-family community in Marietta. Prices begin in the $700,000s.
The neighborhood offers six floor plans, each of which comes with four to five bedrooms and almost 3,600 square feet of living space. Lots cover up to one-acre with a $15,000 lot premium.
A furnished model home, which is open for tours, has an open layout on the main floor with 10-foot ceilings, a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast nook, an office and a fifth bedroom or second office. The second floor offers an owner’s suite with a private bathroom, three additional bedrooms and a loft.
“We are ready to welcome new home shoppers to our onsite model at Oak Valley Estates,” Marketing Director Kimberly Garwood said in a press release. “Home shoppers are able to meet us in person and tour the Sherwood C plan themselves, providing everyone with a more personal look at what it’s like to call this luxury community home.”
The development, which is located at the intersection of MacLand Road and West Sandtown Road, is zoned to Cobb County’s Hillgrove High School.
