Trilogy Investment Co. purchased a 2.2-acre parcel near downtown Alpharetta, where it plans to build Uptown Rowe, a community of 16 luxury, for-sale townhomes.
Blue River Development, which had the property zoned and entitled for the residences, sold the site, its first land deal of 2025. The community will be located on North Main Street about a mile from downtown Alpharetta. It’s expected to open for move-ins during the fourth quarter of 2026.
“This is the first of many closings we anticipate in 2025,” said Michael Cooper, co-CEO and managing principal at Blue River Development. “Delivering fully entitled, engineered and permitted lots in Alpharetta can be quite a challenge; however, it was made possible by the hard work and dedication of our team and partners.”
Trilogy’s new homebuilding unit, Rêve Homes, will develop the community, which is Trilogy’s second project in Alpharetta. Rêve Homes was known as Blue River Communities until Trilogy acquired it from Blue River Development in February.
