Professional Equity Management acquired two Georgia multifamily properties totalling $175 million in an effort to expand the firm’s southeastern presence.
EmmaJames and The Series at Riverview Landing joined PEM’s portfolio of real estate assets across the U.S.
The Series at Riverview Landing offers 270 units and amenities like a rooftop lounge across four stories in Smyrna. The development was built in 2022.
Built in 2024, EmmaJames in Savannah features 280 luxury waterfront units with one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans that average 1,063 square feet.
