Compass of Greater Atlanta recently launched its regional Luxury Division, bringing a variety of high-end marketing resources to the brokerage.
Among the new tools available to the firm’s brokers are custom campaigns from the Compass marketing and design teams, custom property branding, specialized advertising and media outreach campaigns, “sophisticated” marketing materials like brochures and websites, and cross-regional luxury networking events.
“Atlanta’s luxury real estate market is particularly unique and requires an elevated approach, focusing on a captivating and memorable experience to market these properties,” said Alex Page, senior luxury marketing lead for Compass of Greater Atlanta. “As an extension to Compass’ national Luxury Division, having a local team focused on creating bespoke property branding and innovative marketing strategies is crucial in serving both our agents and their clients.”
Compass launched the Luxury Division with a two-day summit hosted at its flagship office in Buckhead that included a panel of luxury real estate experts and a celebratory networking event for participating agents. Attendees included national Luxury Division founder Lena Johnson and national luxury lead Lizzie Healy.
