Ashton Woods has opened sales at its new 185-lot Laurelwood townhome community in Douglasville.

Homes are priced from $290,000 to $300,000 and are available in two floor plans with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and one- or two-car garages. Townhomes range in size from 1,507 to 1,801 square feet. The community, located at 5508 Warwick Pass, will have a dog park, resort-style pool and cabana.
