Fischer Homes expects to begin selling homes at its new Lawrenceville master-planned community, Sweetbay Farm, in June.
The 33-acre development off Sweetgum Road will offer single-family homes in a variety of floor plans ranging from 1,600 to 4,000 square feet, including the five-level Blair Modern Farmhouse. Other plans include two-story and ranch homes with flexible design options, like lower-level recreation rooms, lofts, pocket offices and expansive owner’s suites, Fischer said.
“This is a fantastic opportunity to build a brand-new home in a highly sought-after Atlanta suburb,” said Doug Cohen, market president for Fischer Homes Atlanta Division. “We have already seen incredible demand with over 400 interested buyers on our VIP list.”
Sweetbay Farm is zoned for Gwinnett County’s Alcova Elementary School, Dacula Middle School and Dacula High School and is less than 10 minutes from US-29/GA-316, which accesses I-85.
