Build-to-rent (BTR) developer Trilogy Investment Company has brought on residential real estate veteran Gina Davis as senior vice president of asset management.
In her new role, Davis will lead the asset management, branding and design of Atlanta-based Trilogy’s national BTR portfolio which includes more than 3,500 lots, townhomes and single-family residences.
Davis previously served as a senior manager at First Service Residential’s The Shops of Buckhead and has more than 24 years of experience managing large residential real estate portfolios, including multifamily and property management. She has also worked at multiple startup management companies where she managed more than $2 billion in assets and more than 100 employees, Trilogy said in a press release. Additionally, Davis holds a Certified Apartment Manager designation.
“As we continue to scale and optimize our BTR portfolio, we will tap Gina’s invaluable expertise and proven successful track record in driving operational performance across a variety of residential real estate portfolios,” Trilogy Partner and CFO Michael Nolan said in a release. “Gina will not only leverage her real estate operating expertise, but her impact will be immediate for our assets and on a broader portfolio level.”
