Kiesha Sampson, Realtor, Agent

HomeSmart

Inspired to help families thrive and turn doubt and insecurity into a sustainable, happy life through homeownership, Kiesha Sampson has spent her career assisting community members in Georgia and the Southeast in buying the home of their dreams. The award-winning agent focuses on the Atlanta metro, Macon, Temple and Carrollton areas.

With experience comes patience, and after 17 years in real estate, Sampson has plenty of both. Her calm, confident demeanor puts her clients at ease during the process and helps to reassure nervous buyers or sellers. “I think I am relatable to a lot of my clients,” Sampson shares. “I become a part of their family.”

Because patience and persistence go hand in hand, Sampson is often described by her network of referral and word-of-mouth clients as the hardest-working agent they know. A Certified Military Relocation Professional, she is experienced with single-family homes, condos, co-ops and luxury properties and has won HomeSmart’s Diamond Award and Circle of Excellence Award consistently for the last four years.

The proud daughter of two native Georgians began her career in banking, having followed in her mother’s footsteps. Her interest in real estate was sparked by the process of purchasing her second home with her then-husband, an experience in which Sampson did most of the legwork herself and enjoyed it more than she thought she would. From there, it didn’t take long for her to realize that helping others achieve homeownership was her calling. “Having a place to call home and feeling ownership of that space can provide a lasting sense of accomplishment, confidence and security,” Sampson explains.

When not working, Sampson enjoys traveling, having new adventures and spending time with her family. The single mother of three says she works very hard because she knows her kids are watching, and she wants to be their hero. She describes herself as an original Georgia peach.
