The Tim Stout Group of Newnan has affiliated with eXp Realty.  

The move brings 16 agents who closed 208 sales valued at more than $70 million in 2024. 

The firm is led by Tim Stout, a former mixed-martial arts champion who entered real estate in 2012. Stout started as an individual agent and eventually built his own team, which specializes in residential sales and high-net-worth investors.

Stout is also a co-founder of Apex Predator Training, a self-defense school, which offers free training sessions for local law enforcement.
