Developing Atlanta
The subdivision, to be known as Hudson Park, will be at the northern entrance to the downtown area, which is “the last remaining development site in the Canton Street corridor,” the Atlanta-based homebuilder said.
The increase, which has been under discussion off and on since 2010, will raise the current fee of roughly $1,500 per home to about $4,900.
Homes come in two styles, the Woodruff and Allenbrook, and range in size from 2,600 square feet to 3,300 square feet.
