Atlanta-based Parkland Communities snapped up three lots in Snellville for future townhome communities. Together, Bethany Park, Brookwood Green and Stonehaven Park will add over 200 townhomes to the market.
Brookwood Green
Brookwood Green will rise on 8.2 acres at 2791 Stone Mountain Highway. Its 64 for-sale townhomes will surround a community green. Prices for the rear-entry, two-car garage townhomes will start in the mid-$300,000s. The area is zoned to the Brookwood High School district.
Stonehaven Park
Located on 10.8 acres on the same road as Brookwood Green, Stonehaven Park will feature 95 for-sale townhomes starting under $300,000. The community will include a mix of front-entry townhomes with one- and two-car garages, and rear-entry townhomes with two-car garages.
Nearby natural features include the Yellow River Wildlife Sanctuary and Stone Mountain Park.
Bethany Park
Bethany Park will add 140 build-to-rent townhomes and a commercial building to downtown Snellville City Center. The 8.95-acre plot sits at the intersection of Civic Drive SW, Pate Street, Henry Clower Boulevard and East Main Street and previously belonged to the Snellville Community Church.
“Snellville continues to attract families and professionals who want convenience, quality and connection,” said Jim Jacobi, president of Parkland Communities. “These projects allow us to deliver missing-middle homes in a high-demand area at new home price points not available in the market. This will help first-time buyers and new residents put down roots in Gwinnett County.”
