Parkland Residential is set to begin move-ins at its new Park Ridge build-to-rent townhome community in Sugar Hill this fall.

The first phase of the 140-residence development includes 72 homes.

The rear-entry, stack townhomes come in two open-concept floor plans: The 1,950-square-foot Dogwood, which offers three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a loft; and The Laurel, which has two bedrooms and 2.5-baths across 1,600 square feet. Both models include one-car garages, oversized primary suites with walk-in closets, dual-vanity baths and covered outdoor living spaces.

“Park Ridge exemplifies the next generation of maintenance-free rental living,” said Parkland President Jim Jacobi said. “Our rental pricing is up to $1,000 less per month than comparable homeownership cost within the area, making this a preferred solution for families, young professionals and anyone seeking flexibility without sacrificing quality or location.”

The community is located at 100 Park Summit Blvd., which is off Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and directly across from E.E. Robinson Elementary School.
