Ansley Real Estate Christie’s International will handle sales and marketing at Kolter Urban’s fourth luxury condo tower in Atlanta, Fourteen Park.
Since announcing the project in June, the Delray Beach, Florida-based developer has been releasing details in a trickle.
In one of its latest announcements, it said Brock Hudgins Architects will head up design, and HBA will oversee interiors. Separately, it gave a peek at the project’s amenities, which will include an amenity deck with a pool and spa.
Kolter Urban said it would have more to share about the residences and sales gallery in the coming months.
Located on a recently acquired site at 250 14th St. NE in Midtown, the community will be just a half block from Piedmont Park. It represents Kolter Urban’s first Atlanta development outside Buckhead, where it delivered the Graydon Buckhead in 2022, The Dillon Buckhead in 2024 and is set to open the Elyse Buckhead in 2028.
“With its thriving economy and dynamic lifestyle, Midtown is the ideal setting for our next residential project,” Kolter Urban Regional President Aaron Taulbee said in June. “This site reflects our long-term commitment to investing in the Atlanta area and expanding our footprint across the Southeast.”
