Kolter Urban is planning Fourteen Park, its fourth luxury condominium project in Atlanta and its first in Midtown.
The Delray Beach, Florida-based developer recently closed on a primary 1.35-acre site at 250 14th St. NE and is set to expand the footprint after signing purchase contracts for seven adjacent townhome sites at 1160–1172 14th Place NE.
“Atlanta continues to demonstrate remarkable growth and resilience, making it one of the most compelling markets in the Southeast,” Kolter Urban Regional President Aaron Taulbee said. “With its thriving economy and dynamic lifestyle, Midtown is the ideal setting for our next residential project. This site reflects our long-term commitment to investing in the Atlanta area and expanding our footprint across the Southeast.”
The site is half a block from Piedmont Park and within walking distance of Atlanta’s Heart of the Arts, which includes the Woodruff Arts Center, High Museum of Art, Alliance Theatre, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Museum of Design Atlanta and the Fox Theatre, as well as the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Colony Square, Ansley Golf Club and Piedmont Driving Club.
Fourteen Park represents Kolter Urban’s strategic expansion beyond Buckhead, where it built The Dillon Buckhead and Graydon Buckhead and is currently developing Elyse Buckhead.
