Kolter Urban recently topped off the 18-story Dillon Buckhead, a luxury condominium tower at 2425 Peachtree Road in the heart of Buckhead.

The development will offer 144 condominiums in one- to three-bedroom configurations covering 1,400 to 2,500 square feet. The tower also offers three lower penthouse levels with 12-foot ceilings and private terraces, and the building’s crown has a single penthouse with 13-foot ceilings and “a unique set of premium features,” the Palm Beach, Fla., developer said.

“We are very excited to reach this construction milestone, which brings us one step closer to completing The Dillon,” Kolter Urban President Bob Vail said in an announcement. “This project reflects the rich history of the Buckhead area while providing residents with luxurious modern living and an impressive suite of resort-style amenities at their fingertips.”

Spanning over an acre, The Dillon offers 48,500 square feet of dedicated indoor and outdoor amenity space. Indoor amenities include a social room for private resident events; a theater room with reclining lounge-chair seating; The Library, a resident-only speakeasy lounge with planned weekly events; a game room; and decorator-furnished guest suites for resident use.

There is also an elevated amenity terrace with a resort-style pool with cabanas, pickleball court, grand event lawn and dog park. A fitness center, outdoor yoga lawn and glass-enclosed personal training and movement studio are also planned, as is The Hub, a work-from-home lounge with private, reservable rooms.

Atlanta-based Integra Construction Inc. is the general contractor for the project, which is slated for a fourth quarter 2024 completion. The Preston Partnership is the architect, and ID & Design International did the interiors.
