Florida-based luxury developer Kolter Urban broke ground on its third Buckhead condo tower, Elyse Buckhead. 

The 20-story building, located at 102 West Paces Ferry Road, will offer 194 units priced from $1 million. Sales began last year, with about $60 million worth of contracts currently in the pipeline. Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty is handling sales and marketing. Elyse Buckhead joins sister properties The Dillon Buckhead and Graydon Buckhead.

Designed by Rule Joy Trammel + Rubio, the tower’s units span one- to three-bedrooms and have layouts from 1,400 to over 4,000 square feet. Each home has floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings and private terraces.  

The community will have approximately 63,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a resort-style pool with private cabanas, outdoor lounges, a fire pit, open-air kitchen and landscaped areas. Indoor amenities will include a club room, sports lounge with simulator, private dining room with catering kitchen, screening theater, pet wash station, fitness center, movement studio, sauna, steam room and cold plunge.
