Lennar has launched sales at King Oaks, its master-planned, single-family-home community in McDonough.
King Oaks offers eight Lennar home designs, including single-family ranch and two-story floorplans ranging from 2,552 to 3,660 square feet with three to five bedrooms and three to 4.5 bathrooms. Prices start in the high-$400,000s.
“King Oaks brings an amenity-rich lifestyle to McDonough without giving up the everyday conveniences families expect,” said Scott Withington, division president of Lennar’s Atlanta division. “Offering larger homesites, an ideal location and onsite amenities that cater to all ages, there’s something here for every stage of life. Amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, clubhouse with gathering spaces, community parks, a dog park and walking trails. The community is located near historic downtown McDonough, South Point Shopping Center, Georgia National Golf Club, Heritage Park and Salem Park.
King Oaks is zoned to Henry County’s East Lake Elementary School, Union Grove Middle School and Union Grove High School.
