Developer Thompson Thrift held a ribbon-cutting at The Levi, a multifamily project in Stockbridge that welcomed its first residents in August. Construction completion for the apartment community is expected in February.
Part of the 158-acre Bridges at Jodeco master-planned community, the 212-unit development offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes averaging 1,100 square feet.
“Celebrating the official ribbon cutting for The Levi is an exciting milestone for our team,” said Angie Atkins, senior vice president of community management for Thompson Thrift. “The Levi offers beautifully designed homes, high-end finishes and a vibrant community setting. We are thrilled to bring this new living option to the Atlanta area.”
