Annie Jensen’s passion for her work as an account executive for Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions and her dedication to her clients is in every transaction she handles. Whether she’s assisting mortgage brokers, lenders, or banks with borrowers ranging from self-employed individuals seeking luxury homes, or those with adverse credit who do not qualify for conventional loans, Jensen is eager to make homeownership dreams into realities.
Jensen specializes in the Georgia market, specifically the greater Atlanta region. Prior to joining Angel Oak in 2015, she worked in wholesale lending with First Franklin, a subsidiary of Merrill Lynch, starting as a rate analyst before becoming an account manager and finally an account executive. Following the financial collapse in 2008, Jensen transitioned into a career in software, but found her way back to real estate seven years later. “I consider myself very fortunate to be back in the industry that I love and to be working with such a great company that has become the market leader in non-QM loans,” she says, noting that her passion helps her qualify as a top producer for the company.
Jensen attributes her success to her attention to detail and vast experience with non-QM loans. “Every loan is reviewed manually, putting the best interest of the borrower first,” she explains. “Through working closely with my clients, we are able to provide solid qualifications for our borrowers and make it a smooth process.”
Jensen is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia and recently spoke at the organization’s annual convention about the emerging non-QM space. She also supports Projecto Honduras and is an avid skier, traveler and yoga practitioner.
