On one particular transaction in the past year, he saved a buyer $100,000. “That is $100,000 less than what the buyer was willing to pay,” he explains. He also assisted a teacher in selling her house for much more than she believed was possible.
Pyvand is ranked among the top 1 percent at Keller Williams in the U.S. and the top 10 in the Southeast region. He is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and has participated in numerous communication and leadership training programs.
