Ashton Ernst achieved a high level of sales — personally selling more than 100 homes a year for three consecutive years, success that has allowed her to help other agents achieve their real estate goals. “It has led to opportunities to travel to other brokerages and states to speak on panels and host webinars, classes and masterminds,” Ernst says.
Her business is nearly 100 percent repeat and referral-based, with a large variety of clients, including luxury sellers, move up buyers/sellers, investors and relocators to metro Atlanta and Intown. “When you have a genuine care for people, you naturally exceed their expectations and make things happen for them,” she says.
In testimonials, clients always note Ernst’s professionalism, responsiveness and the overall way she takes care of them. In terms of negotiation skills, they have used various animal references, like bulldog and pitbull, to describe her.
Ernst runs her firm’s listing team, which allows her to focus much time and attention on seller clients. In the past year, her team completed a “90 homes in 90 days” challenge, specifically targeting buyers. They set out to raise $90,000 for the Atlanta Mission to end homelessness and actually brought in $300,000 and sold 90 homes. “It was a great time that brought our team, clients and the community together,” she says.
Ernst actually earned her real estate license in 2008, the summer between high school graduation and college. She moved from West Virginia to Atlanta with her boyfriend Brandon. As a professional singer signed with a record label that eventually folded, she held three jobs at one time, working full time as an administrative assistant and two part-time jobs in fitness, before deciding on a career in real estate. Since then, she says the key to her success has been the world-class training and coaching she received from Keller Williams.
Fond of travel, she enjoys spending time with Brandon, as well as her Pomeranian, Pebble Jean, friends and family. She and Brandon are season ticket holders for the Atlanta Falcons and love cheering them on at games. “Rise up!”
