With nearly two decades in real estate, Ariel Baverman has built her career on honesty, professionalism and a commitment to making the buying and selling process seamless. “I like to make sure that we have all the details buttoned up to ensure a smooth-as-possible experience,” says Baverman, whose personalized approach has earned her a loyal client base built entirely on repeat and referral business.
A Sandy Springs native, Baverman grew up immersed in real estate. Her grandmother ran a brokerage in New York, and her mother carried on the family tradition in Atlanta. After graduating from Tulane University in 2006, she dove head-first into the profession, working alongside her mother for 15 years before establishing her own practice. Today, she serves buyers and sellers across metro Atlanta, including first-time buyers, move-up clients, downsizers, luxury customers and those navigating probate or divorce transactions.
Baverman’s knowledge and dedication have been recognized with numerous honors, including the 2024 RealTrends 1000, 2024 AREAA A-List, 2024 Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle, 2023 AAREA A-List and the Atlanta Realtors Association Top Producers Club. She also serves on the board of directors for the Atlanta Realtors Association, is active in the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance and Women’s Council of Realtors, and contributes to the Professional Standards Committee for the Georgia Association of Realtors.
Beyond her business, Baverman gives back as president of the Atlanta Alumnae Chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta, supporting Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and foster care initiatives. She lives in East Cobb, where she enjoys tennis, pickleball, gardening, exploring Atlanta’s vibrant dining scene and spending time with her rescue pup, Bunny.
