What was your first job in the realty industry? I sold SAND! My first job out of FSU (go NOLES!) circa 2005, was for Ginn Clubs & Resorts, selling pre development lots and luxury condos on Grand Bahama Island for a development that was called “Versailles Ser Mer”. It was to be the “next Atlantis-like” getaway with amenties for the stars. In fact, John Travolta was a client.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? I go and I sit in one of my favorite places which I know will sell soon so I need to find a new favorite place but — I like to go and relax at my listing on the top of a cliff (205 N MIll Ct-30328). This is a temp get away for me of course as its only been listed about a month and is in the process of receiving offers. The owners/my clients know I do this zen ritual after or during a stressful real estate day. 🙂
