Atlanta Agent (AA): You are one of Metro Atlanta’s top-performing agents. What do you credit for your success?
Chad Polazzo (CP): Hard work, integrity, creativity, good communication, in depth knowledge, ability to read people, and humor!
AA: Looking back, what are some things you changed in your business to improve?
CP: I hired a coordinator to help me with administrative/non-revenue producing activity.
AA: How does your background in business management aid your real estate career?
CP: Understanding how people in corporate organizations behave is a great background for understanding people in general. Studies in cultural differences, power dynamics, and negotiation tactics also factor in.
AA: Finally, can you speak to your personal history in Atlanta, and how that seeps in to your interactions with clients?
CP: I’ve been in the same part of Atlanta my whole life (minus the first two years). So my understanding of the city and the neighborhoods and the infrastructure, and the growth patterns, the culture of various neighborhoods, and commute patterns, helps me inform my clients.
