Since earning the Most Outstanding Performance Award in 2004 during his first year in real estate, he’s helped hundreds of clients buy and sell their homes. As a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty First Atlanta, Pyvand specializes in both luxury and budget properties within the Cobb, North Fulton, Forsyth, Gwinnett and DeKalb markets.

On one particular transaction in the past year, he saved a buyer $100,000. “That is $100,000 less than what the buyer was willing to pay,” he explains. He also assisted a teacher in selling her house for much more than she believed was possible.
