Whether she’s planning the next steps in a transaction or fostering relationships with potential clients, Rhonda Morgan is known for approaching everything with a strategy in mind. For 17 years, Rhonda has been active in the real estate industry representing builders, developers, investors, sellers and buyers.

As an associate broker for Keller Williams Realty Metro Atlanta, Rhonda facilitates training courses at Keller Williams and other real estate schools, providing her with ample opportunity to use her experience to aid seasoned and emerging agents. She also mentors agents and shares the skills harnessed in obtaining a business degree when working with clients as well. “My degree taught me to communicate clearly and effectively to everyone on their level,” she says, adding that incorporating humor and being totally transparent about the process is a helpful tactic when working with clients.

This past year, Rhonda assisted a builder in acquiring, developing, and building three new communities in and around the Metro Atlanta area. “I represented builders before the market turned and knew that’s where I wanted to be when the market recovered,” she explains. “I knew of a few small builders who were doing spot building and were waiting for the right opportunity to start production again. They worked with other agents, but I stayed in contact, answered questions and offered suggestions.” After more than two years of acting as an unofficial advisor, Rhonda saw her contribution pay off. “When they were ready to start their community, it was clear that I was the one for the job!” she says.

Rhonda is a member of the Atlanta Chapter of the National Black MBA Association, the National Coalition of 100 Black Women Inc., Mecca Chapter and the Atlanta Board of Realtors. She is also an active supporter and volunteer with the nonprofit organization Silence The Shame. She also serves as a frequent speaker on conference panels about Female Empowerment, Entrepreneurship, Mental Health and Real Estate.

In her spare time, Rhonda loves to indulge her passion for learning and exploration through international travel, reading and listening to TED Talks.
