Presales have begun for 58 two-story townhomes in its new East of Main community in Woodstock.

The three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom townhomes are priced at $260,000 and up and are offered in six models, ranging from 1,712 to 1,966 square feet. Some master suites offer sitting areas and spa-like baths with granite countertops, double vanities, soaking tubs and separate tiled walk-in showers.

The homes come with two-inch faux wood blinds, nine-foot ceilings, main level wood flooring, a gas fireplace in the family room and tiled floors in the laundry room and each full bath.

“These beautiful townhomes are in a great location with highly rated schools,” Kimberly Slaughter, marketing manager for McKinley Homes, said in a press release. “This community offers an opportunity for homeowners to live in sought-after Woodstock at a price point that is hard to find in the area, so we expect these townhomes to sell quickly.”

McKinley Homes is offering agents up to $200,000 in bonuses through their “McKinley Homes Million” program. The incentive program is a tiered bonus system, where agents can earn $5,000 for the first $50,000 earned in a standard commission, for a total of up to $1 million, according to a McKinley Homes press release.
