Brightstar Team | Compass has announced that builder Crawford Creek Communities is putting the final touches on the third building in its Townhome Estates community in Covington. The building will offer seven new townhomes priced from the high $100,000s, according to a press release.

“These homes are currently in the drywall stage, so it is a perfect time for potential buyers to tour them and pick out a favorite elevation,” The Brightstar Team | Compass Principal Michelle Jenkins noted.

Once completed, the Townhome Estates community will include 55 residences. These two-story homes consist of 1,746 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. Additionally, a flex space can accommodate a fourth bedroom or office. To get a glimpse of nature or enjoy a cookout, homebuyers also have access to a rear patio.

Buyers can choose from three unique finished packages. The standard package carries high-end kitchen features such as white shaker-style cabinets, a subway tile backsplash and a myriad of stainless steel appliances.
