Homebuyers will have three more options when choosing from home plans available in the Rosemont section of NatureWalk at Seven Hills in Paulding County.

Artisan Built Communities is now offering the Perry, Hartwell and Alston plans to buyers, according to a press release. Each plan offers craftsman-style exteriors with cedar shake shingles, brick accents and carriage-style garage doors.

Homes are priced from the low $300,000s and come with four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. They encompass up to 2,773 square feet of living space and include open floorplans and flex spaces that can be used for home offices or remote learning.

“Not only do these new elevations provide variety, but they also introduce plans not previously available in the Rosemont section of NatureWalk at Seven Hills,” Artisan President Stephen Haines said.

Rosemont is geared to “growing families” and is one of NatureWalk’s three neighborhoods, which also include the “adult-friendly” Stratford and the farmhouse-themed NorthFarm.
