The Overture Powers Ferry active-adult community in Cumberland has opened for move-ins of people 55 years old and up.
Floorplans of the rental units, which go for $1,600 for a one-bedroom residence to $2,100 for a two-bedroom apartment, feature high-end designer finishes and features, Charleston, S.C., real estate firm Greystar said in a press release.
Community amenities include a clubhouse with a wine room, a demonstration kitchen, a large pool courtyard, a fitness center and a yoga studio. The community also includes social hours and culinary experiences, educational events and cultural outings.
