Andrew Wilson has joined residential data and analytics platform Zonda as principal, advisory, for the Atlanta region.

In his new role, Wilson will be responsible for business development of advisory services, helping clients grow their businesses and providing data-driven housing-market solutions to the local homebuilding and multifamily residential industry, according to a press release.

Wilson brings 20 years of experience in advisory, consulting and project management for both commercial and residential real estate, Zonda said. He has served in a variety of roles, including land use management, market and financial analysis and commercial development and neighborhood revitalization. He has also has led and completed more than 500 real estate consulting and advisory engagements for private, institutional, corporate and municipal clients.
