Jack Miller was named CEO of real estate consulting and analytics firm T3 Sixty. He succeeds company founder Stefan Swanepoel, who will become executive chairman.
Miller, who previously served as president of T3 Sixty, will officially assume the new position on May 3, according to a press release. Miller joined the company in 2013 as chief technology officer. Prior to serving as CTO at T3 Sixty, Miller worked in a number of executive roles in the real estate industry. He will be the second CEO in a quarter century to hold the position.
Stefan Swanepoel’s eldest son Tinus Swanepoel, who is a partner and 18-year veteran of the company, will succeed Miller as company president. The company also announced Dean Cottrill, senior vice president and head of T3 Brokerage Consulting, and Travis Saxton, senior vice president and head of T3 Technology Consulting, were promoted to executive vice presidents of their divisions. Paul Hagey was promoted from executive editor to editor-in-chief of all T3 publications.
The promotions come at a time of growth for the company. T3 Talent, which offers executive search services, helped place more than 120 executives in the last two years, for example, while the T3 Events Group will manage more than 50,000 hotel rooms for companies like eXp Realty, Weichert Realtors, Realty One Group, Sotheby’s International Realty and Homes for Heroes.
“The vision to create a one-stop turnkey business management consultancy – Research and Analysis, Strategic Consulting, Management Mentoring, Executive Recruiting and Event Management – was adopted in the 2014 T3 Sixty business plan,” Stefan Swanepoel said of the consulting team’s initiatives in the press release. “Today with nine partners, 12 business units, over 150 corporate clients, and an eight-figure annual revenue, T3 Sixty has become an integral part of the residential real estate industry.”
“Jack has reached every goal set for him over the past seven years, and set numerous benchmarks required to excel at the highest level. I am extremely proud of how Jack has developed into one of the highest quality and most effective leaders in the residential real estate industry,” Swanepoel added. “With Miller now only 48, T3 Sixty has an experienced powerhouse to serve the industry for the next 25 years.”
While T3 Sixty serves more than 150 corporate clients — including brokerage companies, management consulting organizations and technology companies such as Zillow, Compass, Century 21, Sotheby’s International Realty, Coldwell Banker, RE/MAX — the company is, perhaps, most widely recognized in the residential real estate brokerage industry as publisher of the Swanepoel Trends Report.
In 2019, the company began publishing the annual Real Estate Almanac, which chronicles data related to brokerages, MLSs, Realtor associations, holding companies and more. More information is available at T360.com.
