Preleasing of the 394 units in the Modera Old Ivy luxury apartment complex in Buckhead has started, with the first move-ins expected early next month.
Located at the intersection of Lenox and Piedmont roads, the wood-framed midrise and 21-story building are part of a larger master development, which includes the Prominence office building and an Element Marriott.
“This area of Buckhead is one of the city’s most well-established commercial districts, and we look forward to adding to our presence in the area,” said Patrick Chesser, senior managing director of development in Atlanta for the building’s owner, Mill Creek Residential. “Residents will be within Atlanta’s most prominent retail and financial corridors and will have direct access to an abundance of retail, dining and entertainment options. Modera Old Ivy will be a unique product offering in the area, and we’re eager to deliver a top-of-market experience.”
The property, located at 3652 Lenox Road NE, joins a handful of Modera-branded apartment buildings around Atlanta. In December 2021, Mill Creek sold the nearby Modera Prominence at 3699 Lenox.
Modera Old Ivy has a variety of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with various layouts. Unit amenities include nine-foot ceilings, private balconies, smart thermostats and other high-end features, Mill Creek said in a press release.
Community amenities include two pools, a 24-hour club-quality fitness studio, clubhouse, community-wide WiFi, demonstration kitchen, game room, sauna, steam room and rooftop deck, among other features.
