Harry Norman, REALTORS® appointed former Buckhead associate broker and career services manager Emily Norris to the new position of vice president for culture and operations.
When she assumes her new role this month, Norris will lead strategic, business-wide projects that drive growth for agents as well as the company, according to a press release. Norris will also use engagement, connection and “experiential touchpoints” to enhance the culture and experience of Harry Norman agents and clients, the company said.
“Emily is recognized for delivering excellence in all she undertakes, and she specializes in cultivating great relationships and facilitating connections amongst colleagues,” President and CEO Jenni Bonura said in the release. “I have no doubt that she will add tremendous value to our company in this new position.”
To support Norris’ promotion, Buckhead agent Nick LaMonte will become assistant sales manager at the firm’s Buckhead office, where he will work with senior vice president and managing broker Shea Zimmerman.
LaMonte is a previous Rookie of the Year at Harry Norman and a member of the company’s Success Circle.
“I am excited to pursue this new role in my real estate career and look forward to the opportunity to mentor and lead agents with the experience and knowledge I have gained,” LaMonte said.
