Fischer Homes Atlanta division sales manager Josh Brockman was promoted to Atlanta division manager. 

In his new position, Brockman will help Atlanta market president Doug Cohen grow the homebuilder‘s local presence while overseeing the Atlanta sales team. 

Brockman joined Fischer Homes in 2017 as a construction field manager for the Northern Kentucky division, where he worked for three years. He then joined the company’s sales and marketing teams as a sales counselor and a member of the strategic marketing team at corporate. Brockman relocated to Atlanta in 2021 when he was promoted to sales manager. 

“Since joining our team in Atlanta, Josh has worked extremely hard, continuously going above and beyond within his communities and teams,” Cohen said in a press release. “He has been able to seamlessly work his way up through the organization, something that Fischer Homes prioritizes in the future leadership of the company.” 

Brockman is a Kentucky native and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in mining and mineral engineering and a master of business administration degree.
