Traton Homes is set to begin selling homes in its new 55-plus community, Courtyards at Traditions, in Cumming.
Sales at the project, which will offer 42 ranch homes priced from the $500,000s, are expected to begin in early May, according to a Traton representative. Each residence comes with two- or three-car garages, 10-foot ceilings, gourmet kitchens, bonus-room options and optional second floors. Homes also have their own courtyards, and lawn care is included.
“We are excited to offer homebuyers yet another exceptional community in a sought-after location near outstanding shopping, dining, recreation and healthcare,” Traton marketing director Kimberly Garwood said. “Courtyards at Traditions is perfect for those seeking a low-maintenance lifestyle without compromising on location, comfort or luxury.”
Courtyards is located at Majors Road and Highway 9 and is close to GA 400. Nearby attractions include Big Creek Greenway, Collection at Forsyth, Avalon, North Point Mall, Vickery Village, Forsyth County YMCA and OneLife Fitness.
