Fillmore Capital Partners sold the 257-unit Pines at West Cobb, a garden-apartment and townhome community in Marietta, to Lexington Partners for approximately $39.9 million.
Located at 2751 Hammondton Road, the development offers one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, playground and clubhouse. Lexington Partners plans to continue exterior, interior and amenity upgrades begun by Fillmore.
The 22.7-acre property last sold for $31.9 million in December 2020, according to Cobb County records.
GREA’s Taylor Brown, Chandler Brown, Cory Caroline Sams and Barden Brown handled the sale for Fillmore.
“With townhome designs and spacious floor plans, the property is expected to perform exceptionally well,” Brown said. “We wish the buyer the best as they execute their renovation plan.”
